Clark has worked hard for the constituents of House District 48 over the past five years.
He has worked to get the following legislation enacted into law:
HB33, Interference with Public Contracting. This bill outlawed for the first time collusive bidding by contractors on public works projects, saving taxpayer dollars.
HB95, Special Purpose Tax - Excess funds. This bill allowed Rock Springs to use excess 6th penny money to pay for Phase I of the Bitter Creek Project. The purpose of the Project is to get old downtown Rock Springs out of the flood plain to spur economic development.
HB86, Medicaid Fairness Act. This bill requires single fathers to pay up to one-half of the birth costs for their children where the child’s birth was paid for by Medicaid.
HB46 and HB85, Unlawful Dissemination of An Intimate Image and Bestiality. These two bills made revenge porn and bestiality crimes in Wyoming for the first time.
